During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the warm atmosphere of the hotel and the cozy feeling I got from the lobby decorations. The added bonus of having a microwave and fridge in my room saved me money, as I could eat some meals in my room. Being in the center of the city allowed me to walk to many shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few negative experiences. The first day, the pool and hot tub were out of order. Then, the breakfast area was not properly maintained, with toasters that didn't work and staff who seemed uninterested in ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience. The area surrounding the hotel was less than desirable and made me feel uneasy.

The hotel staff were wonderful and professional, always ready to assist me. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast with good variety and polite service from the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the city center and with superb transportation options to explore the rest of the city.

Spent xmas at this hotel and really enjoyed the stay. Two things we really appreciated were the complementary hot chocolate and cookies offered in the lobby and the free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas. The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown, which was great for exploring and enjoying the festive atmosphere. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city.

The decor was quite outdated and the carpets felt a bit dirty. The internet connection was also not strong and we had trouble connecting most of the time. Additionally, the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors at times. we had a good experience but there were some areas for improvement.

The location is unbeatable, 1 mile from Coastal Trail. It is in a downtown area.

Everything was great, had a comfortable stay on vacation. The hotel provided great prices. Our room was immaculate and brand-new on top of an already generous bedroom. The breakfast was warm, the check in was early. Besides, our parking was onsite. The location was unbeatable and easy, within a close distance from Rooftop. The outdoor bar was superb and the staff were efficient.

Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The hotel's airport shuttle quickly picked me up from the airport and had me on my way to my room in no time. The view from my room was stunning and the staff were helpful and attentive to my needs. The breakfast offered a variety of healthy options and set me up for a day of exploring the local area. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the pool and gym.

The noise level in the hallways was sometimes a bit high at night.

We liked rooms with tv. It was decorated in a nice style.

The free breakfast was good with a variety of options available. The hotel had a superb location, close to shopping centers and parks. Additionally, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par, with the elevators and public areas appearing not to be thoroughly cleaned for some time. The breakfast's quality was not consistent; the toasters didn't toast, the eggs were not of good quality, and breakfast closed too early on weekends. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were not available on the first day of the stay.

Got a warm breakfast included. The rooms were spotless and adequate and on top of an already generous bedroom: )

Very appealingly renovated suite (No. 338, bedroom and cosy anteroom) with a very nice bathroom! The sound insulation to the neighbouring rooms is excellent! Breakfast: good choice of drinks, fresh waffles.

Still the previous older armchairs, the desk chair was missing (ultimately no problem). Printer at the PC in the lobby "out of order" not so good. Breakfast: cheese, sausage and salad are missing.

It was very clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Great breakfast buffet.

Extremely hard beds. Loud music from outside source till 2-3am. Low older toilets. No available handicap rooms.
